Mathilde Pouliquen

Mathilde joined LBO France in 2016 with the Innovation Capital team. She started at Innovation Capital in 2000 as legal counsel. She is responsible for the legal and middle office aspects of venture capital financing operations and for the legal monitoring of investments in listed and unlisted portfolio companies. She also addresses the legal and regulatory issues related to the venture capital funds under management. Mathilde holds a post graduate degree in Business Law.
