Johan Legoff

Johan joined LBO France in 2024. He began his career in Canada in 2008 at an asset management company before returning to France in 2009, where he dedicated the first part of his career to the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) within the Asset Management Directorate. He specialized in the supervision of alternative investment management activities there, before he joined the consulting firm PCI in 2013. During 5 years, he supported around fifteen private equity management companies in delegated and assisted RCCI functions. In 2019, he took on the role of RCCI and Head of Risk Management at Meeschaert Capital Partners, which became Meanings Capital partners in 2021. Over 5 years, he contributed to structuring the company and developing new activities for the platform. Johan is a graduate of HEC Montréal.
