Franck Noiret

Franck joined Innovation Capital in 2005 as general partner and LBO France in 2016 when the two companies merged. His investor experience includes numerous trade sales and IPOs such as Arkadin, EI-Technologies, Esterel Technologies, Golden Telecom, Highdeal, Omni Orthopaedics, Travelprice.com, Tronic’s Microsystems, Valoris, Voluntis and Zesty. He started his career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen in 1989 before working in the City of London as a banker at Société Générale. In 1995, Franck joined the EBRD in London where during 5 years he led and managed investments in Central and Eastern Europe, notably in the TMT sector. In 2000, he became director at Apax Partners in Paris where he was responsible for technology and telecom investments. Franck graduated from the University of Dauphine and Sciences Po Paris. He also earned a Master in Corporate Finance from Dauphine and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
